AIR is currently supporting the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s (MA DESE) Office of Tiered Systems of Support (OTSS) by evaluating implementation of an initiative to provide professional development to educators in six districts on its multi-tiered systems of support framework. As part of this evaluation, AIR is implementing an adapted version of the Center’s RTI integrity rubric, using it to assess the fidelity with which sites are implementing RTI at the beginning of the initiative and assess progress over time.
